启用和禁用Vista和Win 7中的TCP半开连接数限制
<p> 从Windows Vista开始，Windows中的TCP半开连接数限制就被禁用了，这样一来，系统想建立多少TCP连接就可以建立多少TCP连接。那么，出于安全考虑，用户如果想要启用TCP半开连接数限制的话，就需要手动添加注册表键值了，步骤如下，适用于Windows Vista/Server 2008/Windows 7。</p><p> 1. 开始菜单 - 运行<br /> 2. 输入regedit<br /> 3. 找到并双击如下键值：</p>
<p> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\<br /> Tcpip\Parameters\EnableConnectionRateLimiting</p>
