看到有人分享了WPS处理修订和批注的方法，来支持下！

这个方法确实很实用，除了楼主的方法外，如果是用Microsoft Office的话，步骤也差不多：

第一步：点击「审阅」选项卡，在「修订」组里可以选择「接受」或「拒绝」所有更改

第二步：点击「修订」按钮，选择「标记为最终」或者直接关闭修订视图

另外补充一个小技巧：如果只是想暂时隐藏批注和修订的显示，可以直接在「审阅」选项卡里找到「显示标记」选项，把勾选去掉就行，这样打印的时候也不会显示出来。
